Maham majored in Sociology from University of Punjab, Pakistan. Her research interests include psychosocial development through resilience-building using a multi-systemic approach. She aspires to work as a sociological practitioner in diverse problem areas to broaden her horizons. She has demonstrated experience of community work as a mentor and counselor. Also, she is a published author of her debut poetry book "My Therapist tells me not to Ruminate", a creative and an academic writer, a storyteller, and a spoken word performer in collaboration with various platforms.
